Workshop Series >> Core Stability for Horse Riders

A fun, fantastic workshop specifically aimed at horse riders. The exercises and stretches are designed to improve your seat and efficiency in the saddle and thus diminish the aches and pains many of us suffer after schooling or competing.

Using the Swiss Ball, Pilates techniques and intensive stretching, dramatically improve your core strength, flexibility and balance. Regular practice will reap rewards, making life a lot easier for your horse and giving you the chance to ride more competitively.

This is an indoor workshop, so a village hall or appropriate venue will be required. This workshop will require approx 3 hours using theory and exercise with regular breaks. One hour "taster" sessions also available.

Please arrive appropriately dressed i.e. sweatshirt and joggers.
